To improve our public service offering, we are calling for Android smartphone and tablet users for our beta testing program.
As part of the beta testers program incentive, you will be rewarded with a 90% discount off the basic plan for the life of your subscription. A unique coupon will be provided to you during the registration.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be over 18 years.
- Be a parent or guardian with a child under 18 years.
- Have a computer with internet access OR a separate Android Smartphone/tablet to manage and monitor the child’s device.
- Have a child using an Android smartphone or tablet device with Android operating system 5.0 or above.
- Credit Card Details – to verify your identity and signup for our 30-day free trial. *
- You must agree to our privacy policy and beta testers policy.
FEEDBACK
As a beta tester, you will be required to provide feedback to all the functionality of the app – positive, negative or suggestions.
During testing, if you encounter an error, bug or unexpected behaviour, you will be able to provide feedback through your Child Guardian account – support ticket system.
Feedback responses should include:
- The Child Device – make, model and operating system.
- An explanation of what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the error, bug or unexpected behaviour.
Our support and development team will work with your feedback to deliver updates, implement improvements and resolve any issues.

The Android beta test program will run for 30 days. After 30 days the FREE subscription will revert to a $1 per month Basic Subscription Plan. Your Credit Card will not be billed until after the 30-day free period. You may cancel your subscription or remove your payment method from your account at any time. If you cancel your subscription or let your subscription lapse, then your beta tester 90% discount will be null and void. Your user account will remain active and you can apply for a new subscription and upgrade or downgrade your plan. As part of our privacy policy, you may also cancel your account which will remove all data from our servers. You must agree to our Privacy Policy and Beta Tester Policy.
REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
During the Android Beat test program we want to test as many combinations of different devices as possible. The selection process for the Android Beta Test program will entirely dependant on the devices that you indicate you will be using during the test period. Please be sure to provide specific information about your test devices.
